Tri-Flower Punch Card
by Rebecca Bernzweig

Begin with a half-sheet of Vintage Violet cardstock, cut the long way. Score it in half at 5.5" as shown. This card will fold at the left.
Cut a rectangle of Certainly Celery cardstock 3.75x3"
Stamp 3 flowers from Big Blooms (Spring Mini) in Certainly Celery ink close to the top (the longer side).
Stamp 3 stems in Close to Cocoa ink.
Place the Celery layer onto a larger piece of Cool Caribbean cardstock. Make light pencil marks that will guide you in cutting a piece 1/2" larger than the Celery piece.
Wearing a shirt that matches the cardstock is optional :-))
Cut the Cool Caribbean layer using the pencil marks as a guide.
Use your paper cutter to plunge-cut the Cool Caribbean piece about 1/2" in.
The plunge cut should allow you to lift out the inner rectangle. Use Paper Snips if necessary.
Here's your rectangle.
Use the Slit Punch upside down, punching from the inside of the frame. This will make scallops. Take your time and go all the way around the frame, turning the punch as necessary. Don't worry if the scallops aren't perfect. You will get the effect.
When finished, use the Paper Snips where needed to help pull off excess cardstock to reveal the scallops.
Use Snail Adhesive to attach the 2 layers to the Vintage Violet card.
Now we will make a garden full of flowers. Punch the Spring Bouquet Flower punch out of Vintage Violet, Marigold Morning and Cranberry Crisp cardstock.
Is that my foot? Yes, it is. Hey, a stamper's got to do what a stamper's got to do. It's easier this way.
Pair up some of the flowers and use the needle tool from the Crafters' Tool Kit to make a small hole in the center of the flowers. Don't forget to use the mat underneath!
Add a colored brad to hold the flowers together. Attach your flowers to the card with Mini Glue Dots as shown in the main picture. I used a button on the center flower.
Use a Close to Cocoa marker to ink a selected word of your choice and add it to the card.
